Usually a poem is full of words and phrases that you create. Blackout poetry is all about the words you choose to obliterate.
Directions: Take one of the printed pages. (Please don’t take them out of the books! ;p ) Choose which words you want to leave visible and which words you want to cover. You can cover them by simply blacking them out with a marker or you can use any number of colors, materials, and designs to cover the chosen words. It’s completely up to you.
